Here is where you should come to find out what is new in our clan

Introduction
This page contains information about suggested participation levels for clan members.
The button on the home page takes you to the whats new section at the top of this page. It is a good idea to check what is new every day.
Clan member participation
What participation level we expect from new members
We have had to work long and hard to build this clan. Now new clan members have to go through a probationary period where they are encouraged to meet a list of goals.
(1) Check the website every day.
I encourage you to slowly read the entire website completely when you first join our clan.
You are encouraged to check the whats new section every day. You should bookmark our website on your device.
There is a button in the first section of the participation page called "what's new." When new information comes out you are very strongly encouraged to read it. Also please comment on the new stuff on the website in clan chat. This will help you to feel like you are part of the group and get to know the older members.
Think of the website as an advanced form of the primitive clan leader message built into raid.
(2) Check in every day and read the clan message.
The next thing you need to do when you log into raid is check in on the members page. From the bastion click clan and ther members
This gives you your first star.
This really helps the clan because this scores activity points for us.
We really like to see new members get three activity stars every day. If this feels like to much try to at least get two stars. While you are reading the raid clan material click on "info" and read the short message typed by the clan leader in the built-in raid message system.
(3) Participate in clan chat
Again new members are encouraged participate in clan chat often.
When you make a comment in clan chat, it is a good idea to mention what you read on the website paying special attention to newly published material.
Also please comment on the official clan leader message in the info section. It will show us that you are paying attention to what is going on with the clan and that you are following the web site.
That is it for daily chores. In the next sections I will go over activities that new members on probation are strongly encouraged to participate in.
(4) Partricipate in Discord discussions.
Some ruthless clan leaders are kicking people out of their clans for not being on discord. That sounds really rough to me but new members are encouraged to participate in discord discussions.
Right now there is very little discussion on discord. I have my discord set so that I get a notification every time someone types a message in discord.
Removing Members
Ultimately you get removed for not participation in clan chat.
If someone is not participating in our clan for a while the first step is to start to worry about them and wonder what we can do to help.
If we start to worry about you the first step is to mention this on the whats new section of the web site.
We strongly encourage clan members to check in to the whats new section of the web site and find out what is new every day.
Removal from the clan is always a result of not checking the "whats new" on the web site, combined with not addressing the problem in clan chat.
If there is some reason for the absence it will always be excused if the member is participating in clan chat. Unfortunately, when members go inactive they often never check into the web site to find out there is a problem and never type into the clan chat or let us know what is wrong, and eventually this ends up with the clan member getting removed. This breaks our hearts.
When we don't remove members
We don't delete active players because they are not high ranking enough.
A basic human need is to feel love and acceptance. As long as our members want to play with us they should be loved and accepted even if they are not that far along in the game.
While new members need to have a player power of 3 million this is not a requirement for members who have been here a long time.
How we consider removing inactive members
We don't want dead weight in our clan. We remove inactive clan members on a case by case basis. There is not a hard and fast rule.
One thing we consider is how many clan experience points a member has contributed. If a new member has not even checked in for three days and have contributed 0 clan XP we feel free to remove them. Long time members who have contributed a lot of ex points deserve some slack.
