About removing members from the clan
Ultimately you get removed for not participation in clan chat.

If omeone is not participating in our clan for a while the first step is to start to worry about them and wonder what we can do to help.
If there is some reason for the absence it will always be excused if the member is participating in clan chat and asks for a break.
Unfortunately, when members go inactive they often never check into clan chat or let us know what is wrong, and eventually this ends up with the clan member getting removed.
This breaks our hearts.
So if something comes up in your life for a while please talk to us. We all have things that come up in our lives from time to time. Let us know what is wrong in clan chat.
When we don't remove members
We don't delete active players because they are not high ranking enough as long as they are trying their best.
This has been our policy since the beginning of this clan.
Case by case basis.
We remove clan members for on a case by case basis. There is not a hard and fast rule.
One thing we consider is how many clan experience points a member has contributed.
If a new member has not even checked in for three days and have contributed 0 clan XP we feel free to remove them.
Long time members who have contributed a lot of experience points deserve some slack.
Another reason for overlooking the other shortcomings of a new member is if they preform well in Clan vs. Clan activities.

Respecting other members
In the whole history of our clan I have only removed one player for being abusive to other members. Hopefully it will not happen again for a long time. Please remember to always be respectful in clan chat, give positive incouragement, and politely answer player questions.
